Cone screen

Cone screen is designed to remove suspended small solids from a high solids loading slurry/ sludge. The raw wastewater/sludge/slurry is fed from the center inlet and solids separation is achieved by rotating the cylindrical cone screen. Thickened sludge rolls out the end of the cone, while decanted supernatant flows through the screens.

• The wedge-wired screen enhances the filtration and avoids clogging.
• Screen opening varied from 0.5mm ~ 3mm are available.
